Dear Customer, We have received a Cease and Desist letter from the GAA so we can no longer provide the product. We got the original warning from a particular county’s Commercial Management team and were swiftly sent a Cease and Desist letter from the GAA Commercial and Sponsorship Department. We acknowledge the unauthorized use of the Registered Trade Marks; but we did not know that any counties crest were a registered trademark until the Commercial Machine of the GAA came knocking on our door. We will not at any time in the future infringe, breach or otherwise use the Registered Trademarks; and we will cease to manufacture, sell or advertise for sale the infringing products. ANYONE WHO HAS ORDERED AN ITEM AND IS YET TO RECEIVE IT , DO NOT WORRY, THEY HAVE ALL BEEN SHIPPED AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME AT firstname.lastname@example.org However, we do wish to make a more important point regarding the GAA and supporting your county. The GAA has transformed, in our opinion, from the amateur community sport that so many of us love, into a usurious corporate entity valuing money and power before all else. Where to view your native amateur sport you require a paid subscription from a multinational corporation, where to wear your county colours you can only do so through the approved commercial relationships with official merchandisers. Michael Cusack, we believe, would find the organisation in its current standing unrecognisable to the association in which he founded. To our many customers, thank you so much for your support and the many kind reviews on the quality of the product and how happy you were with it. You don't know how much it was appreciated. Thank you all and Merry Christmas, County Face Masks.
